Yet with growing complexity in fan expectations and accessibility compliance, delivering a world-class experience for every supporter, especially disabled fans, was becoming increasingly resource-intensive.

Many stadiums still rely on help centres, PDFs, or static accessibility pages to meet compliance requirements and provide fans with basic event information.
