September 2025
The month in brief
Trust and reach took centre stage in September. We launched File Sharing so teams can upload PDFs, ZIPs, Docs, and Spreadsheets and link them directly from buttons or rich text. Behind the scenes, every upload is scanned with threat detection—we email you if something is flagged and remove it automatically. We also tightened the Interactive Map UX and introduced a Recommended Partners directory.
Deep dive: Secure file sharing, end-to-end
Files can now be uploaded in Media or via the File button in rich text. We use the filename as the default title, cap general files at 100 MB, and keep images at 5 MB with a built-in compression path. Each upload runs through background virus scanning. If a malicious file is detected, we notify editors by email and terminate the asset—protecting fans and teams without manual triage.
